We got lost multiple times as we navigated the narrow, alleyways and bridges but found the gorgeous views, glimmers of sunshine, historic sites and Venetian cuisine.
Stunning! I was about to say that Venice is on the top of my bucket list, but I think I’ve said the same thing about the last 3 trips you’ve posted. Major wanderlust jealousy over here!
Do you guys plan your travels far in advance? Or is it easy enough to plan things just a week or so beforehand since you don’t need a flight. I assume you just take the train most places?

Nope, we plan our travels on average 2-3 weeks in advance. We fly most places as EasyJet and Swiss have very inexpensive flight options. We also use Expedia to book all our hotels. I’m actually going to do a post about this later this week.
Great photos! We only spent 1 full day in Venice during our whirlwind backpacking trip through Europe five years ago but I remember LOVING it. We just spent the day wandering around, poking into cute shops and getting lost in the alleyways and it was so so great.
looks glorious!!
It really is the most photogenic city! We had a wonderful time!
Gorgeous photos. I’ve been to Venice three times, but you’ve captured it more beautifully than I even remember it.
You’ve been 3 times? Wow! I think being there during off-season helps to capture better pictures as there aren’t nearly the number of crazy tourists.
Gorgeous, so amazing!
