Good morning! Waking up this morning was quite difficult as last night we had a wonderful date night with Frank and Melissa. They made reservations at one of their favorite restaurants, La Esquina! Bo and I have talked about enjoying one last Mexican meal before we leave as we think finding delicious Mexican will be quite difficult in London and Geneva. La Esquina Brasserie definitely delivered! Even though the restaurant is 8 years old, based on their packed house on a Monday night they are clearly doing something right still.
I couldn’t resist ordering their classic margarita, El Macizo Margarita! It was the perfect mix of salty and sweet due to the orange juice!
We ordered a number of small plates to share during the course of the night including their street corn, ensalada mixta, ceviche, rice & beans, and pescada taquitos! We avoided the more expensive main course items which worked perfectly. We left the restaurant 2 hours later happily full and didn’t break the bank.
Now, in other fun, as promised with my Instagram followers, I want to share a fun giveaway with you all! I love workout DVD and know that I will start using them even more in Geneva, however when packing this weekend I found that I have a few duplicates! I wanted to share the collection with one lucky reader who will be able to use these and enjoy inside workouts this summer during the hottest of days or this winter during the snowy, icy days!
One lucky randomly selected reader will win all 8 DVDs including 4 Physique 57 and 1 Exhale Core Fusion DVD!

I love Physique 57… but it just ends up being soo expensive to go regularly
Hi Japneet,
I also love Physique 57 but it is really expensive to go regularly. Anyway, it’s a good investment. I recommend this for those who can afford it.
Jillian dvds for sure!
I like on fb
My favorite DVD is yoga meltdown.
I haven’t done anything online for quite a long time. There’s a site that has a two mile walking video on it, and when it’s icy or storming outside, I sometimes do that.
I love good old Jillian Michaels DVDs. Also, following you on twitter 🙂
I really like the classic 30 Day Shred! It was really the first workout of any kind that I pushed myself and saw results!
I have a crazy work schedule so I use workout DVD’s a lot! My favs are Rodney Yee daily yoga and Jillians 30-day shred. You can’t go wrong with the classics!
You extras would be an aweseome addition to my collection 🙂
I haven’t used workout dvds in a while, but Jillian Michaels’ are my favorite.
I’ve been trying P90x recently and have enjoyed it so far.
I lived in London for a few months and was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled upon a Chipotle restaurant! Not my favorite Mexican, but it hit the spot after going months without it. They also have “gourmet” Mexican restaurants but the cost is much higher than the traditional Mexican food I’m used to in the U.S.
I’ve lived in the UK for the past 9 years, and in London for the past 5. I grew up in LA, so I am hard to please with regards to Mexican food. Good Mexican is hard to find, but there are a few options if you are really craving it. Once your husband gets settled, if you want suggestions, I can send some along. Of course, with so much delicious Indian, Vietnamese, Thai, Ethiopian, and Middle Eastern food in London, there’s really no reason to eat second rate Mexican… 😉
Hmmm… Jillian of couse! : )
My favorite online workouts are anything by Blogilates- they are killer. My favorite workout DVD would probably be TaeBo- it’s a classic!
I’ve been really wanting to try Physique57!

I recently did a stretch workout on my cable’s OnDemand option which was great! I always have a hard time forcing myself to stretch after runs (big no-no) so sitting down in front of the TV to cool off and stretch was really helpful.

As a Californian who was temporarily in the UK a few years ago, let me tell you, It is hard to find good Mexican food in London but not impossible. Daddy Donkey on Leather Lane is delicious, and Wahaca (Brits can’t spell) is good too. A place to start is here: http://www.londonburrito.com/
Remember Tae Bo with Billy Blanks? Those were my favorite in high school. My sister and I would dress up in ridiculous outfits and do the work out. Pretty sure we giggled more than anything. Now I prefer anything Jillian Michaels creates.

I’ve been doing the Insanity DVD’s for awhile now and I love them but I’m anxious for a change of pace to something like Physique 57.
