I started to work on myself instead of caring what others thought about me – a huge accomplishment for me!
Moved to a new city and started a new job!
I have two biggest accomplishments for the year: 1) this fall term I started going back to school and managed to take a chemistry and biology class (and get A’s!) while working 32 hours/wk. It was stressful, but gave me a lot of confidence to know that I could juggle it all. and 2) PRing in the marathon by 9 minutes and ALMOST getting my Boston Qualifier. Missed it by 35 seconds, but it was all okay because the manfriend proposed at the finish line!
If I had to pick an accomplishment, it would either be surviving this past week (personally and professionally it was super, incredibly stressful) now on to NEXT week…
Or else, biting the fear bullet and starting going to CrossFit, which I KNEW would be right up my alley and I LOVE IT!!!
I never win anything, so I’m really hopeful I’m lucky this time! π
